We raise environmentally conscious meat and dairy products.

Our animals live in harmony with nature, not competition.

They even offer it benefits!

Rotationally grazed cattle don’t antagonize the land.

They actually enhance it if they are managed properly.

And they do all that while producing nutritious food for you family!

100% Grass Finished Beef

Locally raised, heart healthy, sustainable meat.

Farm Fresh Milk Shares

Unprocessed farm fresh milk from our farm to your home!

Growing cattle for meat and milk and managing them in a natural environment is not only good for the land, it is also good for the cattle.

Our cattle live their lives in peace doing what cattle do best - eating and resting.

Cattle graze an average of around 7-12 hours per day.

Then they spend around 8 hours a day chewing their cud - of which most of that time is spent lying down.

The remaining hours of the day they are resting. Cattle in their natural environment - fields - are happy and relaxed doing the things cattle do. If our cattle instead were in feed lots or industrial dairy barns - their natural cycles are disrupted and man-made problems occur.

Even though our animals’ final destination is as your food, during their lives on our farm they live stress-free and how nature intended.

Their all-grass diet causes them to grow at a normal pace for beef, not the unnaturally accelerated one obtained by feeding cattle grains and other unusual ingredients (chicken litter, candy, soybeans, corn … etc).

Common commercial cattle (around 97-99% of the market) are butchered around 15-18 months old.

On the dairy side, an all-grass diet causes our cows to give a moderate amount of milk, not the impossibly large volumes of commercial dairies. This makes our milk more costly - more labor, less return - however, our milk is sweet and safe and healthier and better for you. No processing and just how nature intended.

The dairy cows also live on pasture 100% of the time and only come into the barn once a day to milk.

Our cattle are 28-36 months old before processing.

This slower growth results in tastier meat and humanely managed animals.

Managing cattle this way takes a lot more labor than the conventional way of raising cattle, but we think you’ll agree the end result is more than worth the trouble!
